About the event
The cold and flu season are approaching and with it the unease of experiencing the inevitable illnesses, which we seem to have little control over. Imagine if there was a way to naturally boost our immune system to reduce the likelihood of catching the cold/flu or lesson its symptoms and duration. Applying dietary and lifestyle strategies, herbs, supplements, and special foods to allow our immune system to function at its fullest during the fall/winter months and throughout the year is a real possibility. Learn to embrace a new approach to wellness that incorporates modern western scientific as well as traditional medical perspectives. Attendees will learn about and sample some immune supporting foods, herbs and supplements after the talk
